Slavia are amazing this season, and they now look like a great team once again, after many, many years. They are on the 2nd place with 55 points, just a point less than Plzen, so the title race is extremely fierce and unpredictable. The guests have by far the best attack with 51 goal scored in 24 matches, and the 2nd best defence with 17 goals allowed, so their goal difference is fenomenal. Their away record is 7-4-1, with 30 goals scored and 11 allowed, with 4 wins in the last 5 matches,so they are without any doubt very dangerous and powerful on the road. Skoda and Mesanovic have had an amazing season so far, having scored 24 goals combined, with 10 assists, so they are the main threat for every team that encounters Slavia from Prague. The guests have no new absentes, with Barak and Svento being sidelined for a while now.
Slovacko, on the other side, are around 10 points far from both EL places and relegation zone, so they are sitting comfortably in the very middle, with 29 points. They take points when they can, and lose when they are kinda suposed to lose, and they overally seem like an average team. They had had a solid run before Plzen defeated them in the last round 2:0, but those results were enough to place them in the middle, so they can now afford to lose some points. They do not lose that often at home, but they have some evident problems scoring, having done that only 24 times in 24 games, which isn't that much, really. On top of that, they will be without numerous players for this one, as Tetteh, Rada, Kosut, Biolek, Chyla and Heca are all unavailable.
Slavia won in their 1st duel 1:0, where they absolutely dominated the game and could have easily scored 3 or 4 goals. In fact, they've won 4 from their last 5 meetings, which proves they know how to play against Slovacko, especally given their performances this season. It is too important of a game for the guests to let it go to waste, so we should expect a highly motivated visiting side. Good luck!
