Everton awaiting Leicester in 17th round of English Premier league. Everton showed decent performances in this campaign and they suffered only three defeats against strongest teams in league Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United, celebrated five times ad got 8 draws. Everton is without defeat in last six rounds but in those games they achieved only two victories and got four draws. They now coming here after two consecutive draws against Norwich and Crystal Palace and now will face against very strong Leicester, to achieve positive outcome here they must show outstanding performances. Everton also managed to reach semi finals in Capital one Cup by eliminating Middlesbrough. They are playing goo attacking football, so far they scored 29 goals and conceded 21 and currently are at 10th position at the table. Everton divided points with Leicester in both games in previous campaign but now they must show much more than in previous few rounds to earn some points here. Coach Roberto Martinez can't count on defenders Phil Jagielka, Bryan Oviedo, Tony Hibbert and Tyias Browning due to injuries, attacking midfielder Steven Pienaar will miss this match because his fitness problems while midfielder James McCarthy is in doubt due to slight injury.

Leicester on the other side is the biggest surprise in Premier league in this season and they are currently at 1st position at the table with 2 points more than 2nd placed Arsenal. They suffered only two defeats in this season, one in Capital One Cup against Hull City after penalties and second was in 7th round of Premier league against Arsenal at home 2:5. Leicester is playing really great football, they are playing on very high level from start and if they continue with performances like so far for sure will achieve great results. Leicester managed to overcome Chelsea in previous round, they were playing great and after 34 minutes Jamie Vardy scored first goal for Leicester, after in 48th minute Mahrez scored 2nd goal for his team and they started with more defensive tactics in order to save their lead, but in 77th minute Chelsea's attacker Remy scored his 1st goal in this season and give hope to Chelsea but Leicester managed to save their lead till the end and took another very important three points. They are playing great attacking football and with 34 goals scored are most effective team in league. Leicester is coming here full of confidence, they additionally boosted their morale after victory over Chelsea and for sure will give their best to achieve victory and retain their leading position. Defender Jeffrey Schlupp will stay out of action due to injuries and also defender Robert Huth is suspended, defensive midfielders Matthew James and Daniel Drinkwater are in doubt for this match due to fitness problems and slight injuries.

Everton is playing decent football in this season, they are strong team with consistency in their game and for sure will give their best to at least stay undefeated here, while Leicester is on great run, they showed that they are able to defeat strongest teams in league but it's very hard to play on such a high level and their players seemed very tired after previous match against Chelsea but I still believe that Leicester is closer to a victory here.
